CHIP Program Event 2010

On Saturday June 5, 2010, under the oppressive sun, Skerrett Lodge No. 343 held its annual Child Identification Program at the annual Strawberry Festival, held on the grounds of Brandywine Hospital in Coatesville, PA from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The day was fun filled and 119 children were “CHIPPED”. We would like to extend a heart filled “Thank you” to Brandywine – Goddard Lodge No. 383 and the young men and women from the Coatesville Area School District ROTC program. Without their assistance the day would not have been successful. Next year we would like to change the hours to later in the day in hopes of capturing a larger crowd. If you have never assisted in this venture feel free to come out and enjoy the day with Brethren, family and friends. Anyone can assist and those who did for the first time had a great time. Hope to see you next year. Remember, the more you go the more you know.
